You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days from its receipt.

  • Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw without providing any reason and receive a refund. In this case, the return costs will be incurred by the customer.

  • Product exchange: You may request a product exchange (e.g. another size). In his case, the return and new shipment costs will be incurred by the customer.

  • Requirements: Products must be in their original condition (not used, washed or worn), with all labels attached, and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

  • Faulty products: In case of a defect or error by the business, return/reshipping costs will be incurred by us.
