The maintenance of the website and the presentation of the products do not constitute a binding offer for the conclusion of a sales contract, but rather an invitation for you to submit an offer.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Acceptance of the Terms of Use<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>Before accessing the Online Store and making use of its services, you are kindly requested to read these Terms of Use &amp; Transactions carefully and ensure that you agree with them. In the event of disagreement with any term, you must refrain from any use of the Website and the Online Store, including simple browsing. TERMS OF SALE<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Orders<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Completion \u2013 Order Confirmation<\/strong><br \/>\nProduct prices include the applicable VAT. Prior to completing your order, the final payable amount will be displayed (product prices including VAT and any applicable shipping\/cash-on-delivery charges). \nBefore clicking \u201cCONFIRM AND COMPLETE ORDER\u201d, you will be informed that by placing your order you undertake the  obligation to pay the total amount stated. You are kindly requested to state your order reference number in the payment description in order to facilitate identification. Any interbank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash on Delivery<br \/>\n<\/strong>Payment upon delivery of your order to your address, in cash to the courier company\u2019s representative (applicable only for deliveries within Greece). \nAn additional cash-on-delivery fee of \u20ac2.00 applies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer\u2019s Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Timeframe and Conditions<br \/>\n<\/strong>You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day following the receipt of the last item.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exercise of the Right<br \/>\n<\/strong>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, before the expiry of the 14-day period, send the standard <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jua.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/withdrawal-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>withdrawal form<\/u><\/a><\/strong> to the Business or submit a clear written statement of withdrawal to the company via email.<br \/>\nThe declaration may be sent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by post to the registered office of the Business,<\/li>\n<li>by email to info@jua.gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The withdrawal notice shall be deemed to have been received by the Business on the day following its receipt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consumer Obligations<br \/>\n<\/strong>You are required to return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Business receives the withdrawal notice. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are dispatched before its expiry.\nThe cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Obligations of the Business<\/strong><\/strong>In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Business shall reimburse all payments received, including the costs of the initial delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from the customer\u2019s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which it receives the returned goods. The refunded amount shall not include any cash-on-delivery charges.\nRefunds shall be made by credit transfer to a bank account you provide. Any bank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.\nThe Business may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods and inspected their condition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condition of Goods<br \/>\n<\/strong>In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the goods must be in the condition in which they were received, unused, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, odours, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>they must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, stickers, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>they must be accompanied by all relevant documents (receipt, invoice, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>they must be accompanied by the completed return form included in the package you received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Business does not accept products that do not meet the above requirements. In such cases, the products will be returned to you at your expense and the withdrawal shall be deemed as not having been exercised.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Replacement \/ Exchange<br \/>\n<\/strong>You have the right, within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt, to request a product replacement (e.g. a different size or a different product). This process does not constitute a withdrawal, but an exchange.\nThe exchange is subject to the condition that the product:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is returned in the same excellent condition in which it was received;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shows no damage, stains or odours;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has not been used or washed;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">includes all original labels and tags;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is accompanied by the relevant purchase documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The costs of returning the product and reshipping the replacement shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of non-compliance with the above conditions, the Business shall not accept the exchange and the products will be returned to you at your expense.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liability for Defective, Incorrect or Lost Products<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Business, as the seller, shall bear all obligations provided under the Greek Civil Code in relation to actual defects or lack of agreed-upon properties. In the event of a defective product or incorrect shipment (wrong product\/size\/quantity), you may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>request replacement with a new product,<\/li>\n<li>exercise your right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event of a defective product or incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately at info@jua.gr and provide relevant photographs of the product and supporting documents, in order to ensure faster processing.<\/p>\n<p>The Business shall bear the cost of return and reshipment in cases of defective or incorrect products, provided that it has been informed in advance of the method of return and the relevant instructions have been followed.<\/p>\n<p>The risk of loss or damage to the products remains with the Business until the moment you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. If you choose a carrier of your own preference that is not recommended by the Business, the risk shall transfer to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Final Terms<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Entire Agreement<\/strong><br \/>\nThese General Terms constitute the full and exclusive agreement between the Business and the User regarding the use of the Online Store <a href=\"https:\/\/jua.gr\/en\/\">www.jua.gr<\/a> and all transactions carried out through it, and supersede any prior written or oral agreements or arrangements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Waiver<br \/>\n<\/strong>Any delay or failure by the Business to exercise any right arising from these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right, nor shall it prevent its subsequent exercise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Severability<br \/>\n<\/strong>If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
